About

IMG_5122Matthew (Matt) Leitgeb is a forward-thinking business analyst with more than 15-years of professional advancement and achievement.  During that time he has built a valuable balance of leadership, program/process build expertise and a unique ability to merge technical know-how with business-side processes.  Over the past three years, Matt has put these attributes to work as a project manager in Bank of America’s Global Technology and Operations division – leading efforts that have significantly streamlined flexible workforce processes, and resulted in annual savings of more than $100k.

While much of Matt’s professional experience has been in roles focused on building/maintaining front-line controls for high-risk processes, identifying compliance issues and performing compliance testing to ensure adherence to guidelines, it is his ability to see “the big picture” that sets him apart from his peers.

A naturally inquisitive person, Matt gains perspective into processes and identifies potential risks/gaps by relying on strong listening skills and asking probing questions – a talent honed during his time in customer service.  Further, he champions collaboration, seeking opportunities to drive resolution in partnership with teammates.

A graduate of the Virginia Tech, Pamplin College of Business (1999, BS Marketing Management), Matt now resides in Elkton, Maryland with his family.  In addition to his professional endeavors, he also pursues interest in local history, personal finance and all things Philadelphia sports.
